Your next import.
Minus the surprises.
Catch duplicate SKUs, broken prices and malformed rows before they reach your store. No plugin. No account. Your files stay on your device.
Free public beta · No file uploads · No AI required
CSV processing happens in your browser, not on our server.
See the record, field and reason behind each finding.
Check a file without installing anything or sharing credentials.
A little check. A calmer import.
Start with a CSV exported from WooCommerce or your supplier.
Or try the sample above to see a real report.
Confirm the column mapping. Unmapped fields are not checked. Original values are never changed.
Preflight report
Record numbers count the header as 1, not physical lines inside quoted values. This checks file consistency, not your live store. A clean report is not a guarantee of successful import.
| Record | Field | Level | What to review |

A second pair of eyes,
not another importer.
What we check
Row structure, duplicate or missing SKUs, price formatting, stock quantities, common product types and basic parent references.
What we don't check
Existing store data, images, custom plugin fields, tax settings or complete variation attributes. We cannot recover digits or leading zeroes already lost in Excel. Always test an import on staging and back up your store.
Built for a focused workflow
This beta is free. Saved supplier presets, guided corrections and batch reports are possible paid additions, not features available today. There is no checkout or subscription.
Your catalog is your business.
Files, column mappings and findings remain in browser memory. We do not upload or store them. Clear the file or close the tab to discard the data. Downloads you save remain on your device.
No analytics, cookies, external fonts or third-party browser scripts. The web server keeps short-lived technical access logs (including IP address and requested URL) for operations. Do not put sensitive information in URLs.
CatalogCheck is an independent experimental utility, not affiliated with or endorsed by WooCommerce. Use the report as guidance, not a certification.
